Letters to Darby - Day 1 and a Vlog!

My first of my letters to Darby.... probably the hardest one... and yes I captured it in a video.. I ummed and ahhed about publishing! But among friends I decided its ok to see each other at our most vulnerable! 


To my little man on my 1st day of my holidays!

Today I am linking up with Jess at Diary of a SAHM .. Her post gave me a giggle ... especially the  dirty nursery rhymes.. I have been thinking the same for awhile......

      Am in your neck of the woods now.. in perth and the weather is much warmer than melb.. so that must be saying a lot xxxxx

    Oh, Jane...I cried with you watching this. You're such a beautiful soul and Darby is so blessed to have a mum with such a big, generous heart. Think how wonderful the reunion will be, but in the meantime have a fabulous time. You deserve it xxx

    Oh sweetheart.
    I love how we say one thing and our voices/faces/tears tell a totally different story. Been there, done that.
    My heart hurt for you.

    Buuuut....
    you have yourself a magnificent time.
    As hard as goodbyes are, Darby will be just fine and you will have soo much to catch up on (and plenty of time to do it) on your return.

    You absolutely deserve this trip and break.
