Darby and I have been baking and boy have we baked ... 98 Gingerbreads and counting (plus some Xmas tree Brownies) !! Ill never want to see a happy ginger face again!!! It may have broken my Ginger obsession.... although I must admit they tasted amazing - its the recipe from a favourite cafe of mine.. so I can't take all the credit!!!! Ill share it soon....
